I built CredentialTrax because I lived the spreadsheet nightmare. When I was tracking my own supervised hours toward LPC licensure in Arkansas, I spent more evenings updating spreadsheets than I care to admit. I kept thinking: there has to be a better way. There wasn't — so my husband Joseph and I built one.
Every feature in this platform exists because I actually needed it. The phase tracking, the deadline alerts, the discussion flags for supervision — these aren't product ideas from a whiteboard. They're solutions to problems I faced personally, designed around how clinicians actually work.
